Evergreen Business Capital Rural Loan Program
- Provides non-agricultural businesses in rural communities with access to capital
- Must be located in a population center of not more than 25,000 people. Business must demonstrate that it does not qualify for financing under reasonable terms elsewhere. Start-up and existing businesses that are expanding. Must create or retain jobs in the area.
- Purchase equipment, Provide working capital, Commercial real estate expansion, Purchase and and/or expansion of business, Leasehold improvement, Inventory and Refinancing
